About the Role
You will focus on building long-term relationships with businesses that need rapid prototyping, small-batch production, and customized 3D printing services. Your main outcome is consistent B2B revenue growth through targeted outreach, follow-ups, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify companies in product design, architecture, engineering, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of B2B leads.
- Conduct online sales meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations and guide clients through the ordering process.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure accurate and on-time project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting.
- Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat orders.
Requirements:
- Strong sales or account management experience (preferably B2B).
- Familiarity with 3D printing, prototyping, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently; results-focused.
- Good English required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Availability for part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
